This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.

 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.

 

If you are expecting packages, please notify the office at Crown Colony Aparments 785-273-1012.

Please have guests park in available parking spaces and not in reserved covered parking for the tenants of this apartment community.

We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
