All apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups. Full size washer and dryers are provided in all 1 and 2 bdrm and select 3 bedroom apartments. There is no on-site laundry facility located at this property.

All mailboxes located next to clubhouse in front of the swimming pool.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.  The Leasing office will hold your package for up to 2 weeks.  If you are expecting packages, please notify the office at Crown Chase at 316-945-7373.

Please have guests park in available parking spaces and not in reserved covered parking for the tenants of this apartment community.
