There are washer and dryer hook ups in each unit. There are laundry facilities on location Mail boxes are located in the breezeway of each building If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged. Visitors have access to the apartment complex There are trash compactors on the property
