We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about hte community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.

Check in time is after 3:30pm and we will place a lockbox on your apartment door unless another option is required or requested. The lockbox code will be given prior to move in.

· Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
