There is a laundry room on each floor.  Select apartments have in unit washers and dryers.

Mailboxes are located on the ground floor.  See move in instructions for specifics.

Guests must check in and sign a guest registration card.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
