Only one pet is permitted per apartment.

Pets up to 20 pounds are allowed.  There is also a $300 nonrefundable pet fee required.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

From 3:30 PM. to 5:00 PM. If arriving to your temporary home after 5:00 PM. please call so that we may make key arrangements prior to your move-in date.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owners expense. Be sure to direct your guests to park in unassigned parking areas.

Please take all keys and access devices (gate cards & remotes)to the rental office upon vacating your apartment. If rental office is closed, please place the keys and access devices in the envelope provided and drop them in the drop box at the rental office. Please record your apartment number on the envelope. Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 225.753.0033 30 days prior to your move out date.
