Business center allows guests access to computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines.

Each apartment home is equipped with a  washer and dryer.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, the property and Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain the tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsilbe for notifying our guest for their deliveries. You must sign a form for the property to allow them to sign for your deliveries. Please be prepared to show photo id and package slip at the community leasing office.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use Main Entrance of the apartment community. There is a directory located at the entrance to contact and gain access. You will be able to view your guest from channel 4 on your TV. When they dial your apartment your phone will ring, you then can view who it is (recommended) then if you would like them to gain access press 9 on your phone and the gate will open. You will be responsible for your guest while they are on the property.
