Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer

The mailboxes are located next to the clubhouse. A mail key is needed to obtain access. Please refer to your move-in instruction on mailbox number.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors will use the callbox located at the gate to call the guest for access into the community. Please ensure that your guest parking in open unreserved parking. Parking in disabled, assigned or no parking zones may results in a fine or the vehicle being towed.
