Cats and dogs under 20 lbs are welcome at the community. There is a limit of one pet per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pets.

 

A pet deposit of $150 is required prior to move-in and a pet fee of $150 is also required prior to move-in. (Note the fee is non-refundable)

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime is after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of move-in.  Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.923.0013 or 225.753.0033

Specific arrangement regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.923.0013 or 225.753.0033

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon arrival, please contact us at 800.923.0013 or 225.753.0033 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This is a gated community and will require a gate card for access. Please refer to your move-in instructions or welcome binder for specific information. Please do not parking in assigned, numbered, or disable parking spots as you may be towed or ticketed. Parking is based on a first-come,  first- serve basis.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
• Please remove all trash and food items from your apartment. 
• Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
