Each apartment home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. 

Mailboxes can be found adjacent to property's  clubhouse.

 

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, the property and Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain the tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service.  If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery services would be delivered to the Business office.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Please be prepared to show photo id and package slip at the community leasing office.

Visitors must know tenant's name or apartment number to know how to ring your apartment for access. The visitor will need to pull to the call box and hit # and the guest's aparment number.  This will ring the phone in the apartment.  Once you have answered your phone and would like to accept this visitor simply press 9 on your phone pad and the gate will open.
