Each apartment home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Mailboxes are located in every breezeway.

This community will accept packages with signed permission, however, the property and Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain the tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo id and package slip at the community leasing office.

When gates are locked, visitors may dial the resident's number on the keypad by the gate. Resident will then be able to open gates through the phone line for the visitor.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
