• Pets are permitted.
• Two Pet Maximum.
• 1 Pet (Under 20lbs) = Pet Deposit $300, Pet Fee $100, Pet Mthly Rent $15.
• 1 or 2 Pets (Over 20lbs) = Pet Deposit $600, Pet Fee $100, Pet Mthly Rent $25.
• Any Pet Equals 60lbs = Pet Deposit $600, Pet Fee $100, Pet Mthly Rent $35.
  

Between 3:30 PM - 5:00PM.  Arriving during these hours will allow the community to buzz you into the gated community. If you arrive after 5PM then you will need to make special arrangements with the local office. Please call us at 1.800.923.0013 to make those arrangements at least three days before you move into your apartment.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

• An access gate card will be provided for you in your apartment the day  you arrive.
• Parking is unassigned and available by your building.

• Please take all keys and access devices (gate cards & remote controls) to the Leasing Office. Should the Leasing Office be closed, please drop them in the night drop with your apartment number enclosed.
• Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.923.0013.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
