• Three Pets are permitted per aparment.
• There is a weight limit of 75 lbs.
• A nonrefundable pet fee of $500 per pet is also required.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Check in time is from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. If arriving to your temporary home after 5:00 PM please call two days before so that we may make key arrangements prior to your move-in date.

 

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800.923.0013 with questions or concerns you may have.

• Please do not park in red zones or designated number spaces.
• Illegally parked vehicle will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.  Please keep all parking decal or stickers visible
• Be sure to direct your guests to park outside the community.
• Additional parking is available for an additional monthly fee.

• Please take all keys and access devices (gate clickers & decals) to the Leasing Office.
• Should the Leasing Office by closed, please drop them in the night drop slot located on the right side of the main office. Please record your apartment number on the envelope.
• Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and any access devices including parking decals.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.923.0013.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
