• Two Pets are permitted.
• 1 Pet (Under 20lbs) = Pet Deposit $300, Pet Fee $100, Pet Mthly Rent $15.
• 1 Pet (21 - 39lbs) = Pet Deposit $300, Pet Fee $100, Pet Mthly Rent $25.
• 1 or 2 Pets (Max 40lbs) = Pet Deposit $600, Pet Fee $100, Pet Mthly Rent $25.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Between 3:30PM and 5:00PM.  Arriving between business hours will allow the community to buzz you through the gates. If you arrive after 5:00PM then you will have to  follow someone inside the community.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800.923.0013 with any questions or concerns you may have.

• An access gate card will be provided for you in your apartment the day you arrive. Additional gate cards are at an additional charge.
• Parking is available by your building.

• Please take all keys and access devices (gate cards) to the Leasing Office.  Should the Leasing Office be closed, please drop them in the night drop with your apartment number enclosed.
• Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.923.0013.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
