Mailboxes are located in the front entrance of each building. Mailbox numbers coincide with your unit number.
Visitors must use the call box and be buzzed in by a resident There are trash dumpsters on the property
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
