Cats and dogs are allowed.  Weight limit is 65 lbs.  (2) pet limit.  $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is open space.  Please do not park in areas that are restricted or labeled no parking zones.  Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or you will be towed.

• A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F & the AC at 75F.
• Remember to remove all garbaggegarbaged items when departing.
• Please leave all keys & pass cards in your apartment when vacating regardless if the door locks behind you.  All non returned keys will result in a charge.
