There is a full size washer and dryer in each apartment
Mail boxes are located in the main building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
There is a secured entrance. Visitors must use intercom system.
Community trash receptacles are on each floor.
