There is a 24 hour concierge at the Devonshire. The concierge will escort you to your apartment & keys will be in the unit. Identification must be presented to the concierge.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 617.723.8050 with any questions or concerns.

Parking is not included. There is a parking garage located below the Devonshire. Please contact the garage directly at 617-227-2446 to reserve a space prior to move in.

- A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non-returned keys will result in charge.
- If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 800-724-9660 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
