We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property in which you are staying.  The property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part.  Each community has its own rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions regarding the community you are staying at we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you may need.

You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date.  If you require an early check in please contact us at 800.724.9660.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 617.723.8050 or 800.724.9660.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 617.723.8050 or 800.724.9660 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Please contact the Oakwood office for parking specifics.  Some of the apartments have specific spaces and/or a garage space.

A thirty (30) day written notice is required.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards on the kitchen counter.  There will be a fee for unreturned keys.
