Laundry facilities are located in each building.

Mailboxes are located outside, inbetween the two buildings near the parking lot.  Mailbox numbers coincide with your unit number.

If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them to use the call box to gain access to the community.

There are trash dumpsters on the property

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
