There are laundry facilities in each Building
Mailboxes are located in the front foyer of each building. Your mailbox number coincides with you unit number.
If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures.
There are trash dumpsters in the parking lot If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
