There is a washer and dryer in each apartment

Mail boxes are located in the front entrance of each building.  Your mailbox number will coincide with your unit number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.

If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures.
