Cats & dogs are allowed.  (2) pet max.  There is an 80 pound limit & certain breeds are restricted.  There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is open space & unassigned. 

• A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC a 75F.
• Please remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please lave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless regardless locks behind you.  All non-returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
