Mailboxes are located at the entrance of each building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages may be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.
Each visitor must adhere to all the rules and regulations of the property.
