On-site laundry facilities are also available.
Mailboxes are located near the entrance of the apartment buildings and next to the front door of the townhouses.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors may go directly to townhouses. Apartment buildings feature limited access doors. If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures. A trash dumpster is located each parking lot. |
