Cats & dogs are allowed.  Dogs are allowed in select units with weight restrictions.  (2) pet maximum.  There is a $500 non-refundable fee per pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment.

 

If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards inside the apartment.  There will be a fee for unreturned keys.
