There is a Great Room,  which every guest has access.  There is a plasma TV, fireplace, common kitchen and patio area.

There are washers and dryers in every apartment.

Mailboxes are located on the first floor in the lobby.  Mailbox numbers coincide with your unit number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages may be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.

If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guest with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
