Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 617.723.8050 or 800.724.9660 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is additional and is not included with the rate. However, 2 levels of underground garage parking are available with electronic gate access.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
Please leave all keys and access cards on the kitchen table inside the apartment

A fee will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
