This property allows cats. There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat. A pet deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in, of which $0 is refundable.

Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.  You can get your free parking sticker from the leasing office on your property.

• A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you.  All non-returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
