Cats are allowed in all apartment.  Dogs are allowed in certain apartments.  Weight and breed restrictions.  (1) pet max per apartment.  $500 non-refundable pet fee.

Check in time is 3:30 on the day of arrival.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

When vacating your apartment, a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards on the kitchen counter.  There will be a charge for all unreturned items.
