Office Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are located next to the apartment entrance.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged. Visitors may go directly to apartments. Trash dumpsters are located near apartments throughout property. |
