We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. - Check in time is after 3:30 P.M. M-F, before 6PM. Saturday check in must be before 5PM.
- If you need to check in after business hours please contact Oakwood to make alternate arrangements to obtain your apartment keys.

- If you are arriving during normal business hours, your keys will be available for your pick up at the leasing office (photo I.D. required). If you are arriving after normal business hours, please contact Oakwood to make alternate arrangements for key pick up.
|
|
|
- Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.
- Please call us at 877.969.8953 with any concerns or questions you may have after check-in
|
|
|
- Parking arrangements will need to be made prior to your arrival and thus you must request parking at the time of making your reservation to ensure a parking space.
- Access gates secure the parking garage and you will need to take a ticket upon your intitial arrival to access the garage for the first time.
- Unless you have received your parking access card or fob prior to your arrival, your access card or fob will be located either at the parking garage attendent booth or at the leasing office or concierge desk with your move in keys.

- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day notice to vacate.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood on your kitchen counter.
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you choose to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 877.969.8953 between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
