Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. - Check in time is anytime after 3:30 P.M. M-F and anytime on Saturday and Sunday
- If you need to check in earlier than 3:30 P.M. prior arrangements will need to be made.

- The keys to your apartment have been secured in a lockbox for your arrival. You will have received the lockbox instructions at the time of your reservation. If you have not received the lockbox instructions prior to your arrival date please call the office at 410.609.0955 to ensure you have the needed information.

- Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.
- Please call us at 877.969.8953 with any concerns or questions you may have after check-in

- This community has controlled access gates at the various entances to the community's parking areas. Upon your arrival you will need to park out front of the leasing office and proceed to your apartment at which point you can retrieve the needed asscess card and or fob so that you can then enter the parking lot. One parking space is included with every apartment and if a second parking space is required prior arrangements will need to be made.

- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day notice to vacate.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you choose to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 877.969.8953 between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
