Our pet fee is a one time, $250 non refundable fee that is required for each pet. (2) pet maximum per apartment. 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the property in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are saying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Keys can be picked up on the day of arrival at the leasing office during office hours. If you are going to be arriving after leasing office hours, your keys will be left in a lock box located outside of the leasing office. You will be given a code to unlock this box with your move in instructions.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where  applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. • A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.

• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.

• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.

• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
