There are washer and dryers in the 2 and 3 bedroom units.  There are also laundry facilities on site.

Mail boxes are located in the lobby

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

There is a paid parking lot for visitors to use

There are trash chutes and dumpsters on the property
