Violation of this policy is a violation of your lease agreement and may be subject to termination of your residency.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community also has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least two business days in advance of your move-in for availability.
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 248-426-1580 during regular business hours.
Every effort has been made to make your temporary home as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 248.426.1580 if you have any questions.
Parking varies with each apartment. Specific instructions will be given in your move in letter.
Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes), in the envelope provided, and leave with the leasing office or in the after hours drop box.
If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 248.426.1580.
When vacating your apartment, all the rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day WRITTEN notice from the resident or the corporation.
