Cats allowed in all buildings but only two buildings allow dogs up to 20 pounds.  There is also a $250 non-refundable pet fee which is due at the time of move in.                                 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not that of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experierence for you. If you have any questions about the community in which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least two business days in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 248-426-1580 during regular business hours.

Every effort has been made to make your temporary home as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call 248.426.1580 if you have any futher questions.

Parking varies with each apartment.  Specific arrangements will be given in your move in letter.

• Thirty day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.       
• Please leave keys and any other entry devices at the leasing office or you may use their drop box after hours.          
• Be sure to put keys in an envelope with your name and apartment number on it.
