We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind thta you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a comminity of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make your living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least two business days in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 248-426-1580 during regular business hours.

Every effort has been made to make your temporary home as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 248.426.1580 if you have questions.

Guests are asked to use unassigned parking.                                                

• Please place all keys in the envelope supplied in the move in folder, and drop off at the leasing office prior to leaving.
• If you should need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 616.336.8669 as soon as possible.
• When vacating your townhome, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or location.
