Cats and dogs are welcome, except for a few breed restrictions. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee.                    

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property is comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide and not that of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least two business days in advance of your move-in for availability.

Key arrangements will be made in your move in letter which you will receive once we have your signed paperwork.

Every effort has been made to make your temporary home as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 248.426.1580 if you have any questions.

Parking varies with each apartment.  Specific arrangements will be made in your move in letter.

• Please leave keys and access devices, in an envelope, at the leasing office.
• Thirty (30) day WRITTEN notice is required to vacate an apartment.
• If you need to extend your stay, please call 248.426.1580 as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your stay.
