This property allows cats in all buildings and dogs in buildings 1-10 only.  There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee for each pet.                                        

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community is which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take a part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community in which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least two business days in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 248-426-1580 during regular business hours.

Every effort has been made to make your temporary home as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 248.426.1580 if you have any further questions.

Parking arrangements vary with each apartment.  Specific arrangements will be given in the move-in letter.

• Please leave all keys and access cards(click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave them on your kitchen counter and lock the door behind you.
• If you need to extend your stay please contact the local office at 248.426.1580.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day WRITTEN notice from the resident or corporation.
