- Mailbox Kiosks are located at the Central Parking lot entry to each building.
- For standard situations: If you are not home, the US Postal Service will leave a note in your mailbox to either pick up your package at the leasing office or at the post office.
- This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.
- Visitors access through the front entrance gate via intercom linked to Resident's telephone.
- Visitors access to the individual building entries via electric intercom system in each apartment.
