Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 248.799.2300.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 248.799.2300 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Access gates and open parking: This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry. This code will be sent to you in your move-in instructions. Once inside the property, uncovered parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Carports are available at additional cost.
|
|
|
- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
- If you need to extend your stay please contact the local office at 248.426.1580.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
