The Management Office hours are as follows:

Monday through Friday  9:00-6:00

Saturday     10:00-4:00

Sunday       12:00-4:00

Each home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Mailboxes are located at six different locations throughout the community.  Details will be provided in your move-in packet along with a mail key.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service pakcages will be delievered to the front desk/mangement office. All delievery servies are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is please to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of pakcages recieved, or accepting certified /registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if you exepct a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertainent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Each home has its own entrance.
