Laundry facilities located SK level Jackson and M level Sibley.
Mailboxes are located at the outgoing mail slots in the Jackson and Sibley Tower lobbies.
Visitors must use intercom system at the front door of each building.
There are trash chutes located on each floor.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
