Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.

 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.

 

The leasing office will accept up to 3 small packages per unit at one time. Packages must be picked up within 2 days of delivery during normal leasing hours.

Visitors may go to directly to the apartments without special access

This community is surrounding by a stream and has small pond on the southside. The community asks to be careful when around these water features.
