Each apartment comes equipped with it's own washer and dryer.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The leasing office will accept up to 3 small packages per unit at any time. Packages must be picked up within 2 days of delivery during normal leasing hours. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
