Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require and ealy check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

- Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.
|
|
|
- In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment and a site-map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please call us at 913-492-1231 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

- This is a gated community. Upon your arrival, you will need to stop by the leasing office to pick-up your gate pass.
|
|
|
- We require a written 30 Intent to Vacate prior to your departure
- We will contact about 3-7 days before your move out with specific intructions regarding move-out procedures.
- Please leave all keys and access cards in apartment except for key used to lock door. Drop key off at apartment leasing office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 913-492-1231. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
