The community offers many services while you are out of town to include watering your plants and delivering packages (please contact us to make these arrangments. The community also offers resident activities (all activities will be listed in the monthly community newsletter.

Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Mailboxes are located near the clubhouse

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Leasing Office will hold all packages for up to 7 days after delivery. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
