Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are located in front of the Club house.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package. Packages may only be picked up during leasing office hours.
This apartment community is not a gated community. Visitors are welcome. Please park in the availble spaces. Do not park in the covered parking areas. Cars will be towed at owner's expense if parked in covered areas.
We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
