This community allows small pets. City ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.  A pet deposit of $300 is required prior to check-in, of which $150 is refundable.

 

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.944.3279 or 913.492.1231.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.944.3279 or 913.492.1231 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

• All residents may park in the uncovered spaces provided.
• Covered parking may be available for an add'l charge.
• Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
• Vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Do not park in red zones or fire lanes.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

• Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 913-492-1231.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
